Refunds Policy

Our refund commitments by plan type.

Free plan

The Starter plan is free. No refunds apply.

Pro plan

We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.

After the 14-day refund period, purchases are non-refundable. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, access remains active until the last day of the paid period. No additional charges are generated.

Teams plan

Teams subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to contact@zepai.io with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include the email associated with the account and the purchase date.
  3. The Company will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Exceptions

Refund requests are handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and Paddle's refund procedures.
