Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what conduct is permitted and prohibited on the Zepai platform. By using the Service, the User agrees to comply with this policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

Permitted use

The Service is designed exclusively for: learning to design and evaluate AI systems through structured missions; developing professional judgment in AI system design, restriction, and oversight; and obtaining verifiable certificates of competency in AI system design.

Prohibited conduct

Regarding the platform:

• Attempting to circumvent, manipulate, or deceive the evaluation and simulation mechanisms.
• Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to complete missions or generate responses artificially.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, methodology, or internal prompts.
• Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Deliberately overloading the infrastructure (denial-of-service attacks, mass scraping, etc.).

Regarding content:

• Entering sensitive personal data of third parties without a valid legal basis to do so.
• Generating, storing, or transmitting illegal, defamatory, threatening, or obscene content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Using the Service to design AI systems intended to cause harm, illegally discriminate, manipulate people, or violate fundamental rights.

Regarding AI:

• Entering instructions designed to manipulate AI system behavior beyond what the Service intends (malicious prompt injection).
• Attempting to extract confidential system information through jailbreak or similar techniques.
• Using Service outputs to train third-party AI models without express Company authorization.

Regarding the account:

• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to third parties.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free plan restrictions or other limitations.
• Impersonating another person or organization.

Consequences of violations

Violation of this policy may result in: formal warning to the User; temporary suspension of Service access; permanent account cancellation without right to refund; or legal action in cases of serious infringements. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct violates this policy.

Reporting violations

If the User detects misuse of the Service by third parties, they can report it to security@zepai.io. The Company will investigate all good-faith reports and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

The Company may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 15 days advance notice by email or through a notice on the platform.
